Let's talk about obedience

Often times we take for granted the significance of obedience and the impact it has on our relationship with God, but truth is obedience is highly esteemed by God. So much so that it cannot be substituted by anything else. Not even by sacrifice nor fasting.

You see obedience is defined as submission to another's authority and in this case, Gods authority. Meaning if we do not obey we refuse to submit under His authority, which is an insult to His deity.
